Mechatronic Engineer
Inform Ag is seeking an experienced Mechatronic Engineer to join our team, working across a diverse range of automation equipment in the Mildura region. Inform Ag is the team behind GrowData, developing irrigation automation, farm management, and industrial automation solutions for Australian agriculture.

What You’ll Do

Maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of automation systems supporting our agricultural operations

Irrigation automation, including valve and pump control

Mesh WiFi networks and in-field monitoring, with associated hardware

Exposure to a broad mix of industrial and robotic technologies

Working across a diverse range of automation equipment in the Mildura region

Playing a key role in keeping Inform Ag's GrowData technology running reliably in the field
Who You are
-
Demonstrated experience working in Australian agricultural settings, including irrigation automation such as valve control, pump control, mesh WiFi networks, pressure sensors, in-field monitoring, and associated hardware

3+ years' experience in industrial automation, with hands-on knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, and Schneider PLCs

Relevant robotics experience, ideally with Epson, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi systems
